Switch out fat in favor of spices and herbs to flavor your meals!

Many people rely on too much fat in their meals in order to get flavor.  This can be in the form of cheese, butter, cream, sour cream, oil, animal fats, etc. - the list goes on and on.  Do your body good and flavor your meals with fantastic and healthy spices instead!  Marinate an inexpensive and lean cut of meat for several hours in a beautiful marinade, incorporating fresh rosemary, garlic, red wine, and any other flavors that you would enjoy.  This tip will help you eat a delicious steak dinner more healthfully and economically!
